About Sublify

A tumbler earns its place by being the one you reach for every morning.

We make one tumbler and we make it well. Twenty ounces, 18/8 steel, a vacuum wall that holds temperature through a long day, and a finish that survives being knocked around. Nothing bolted on for the photograph.

Most of what we send out is engraved — a name for a bridesmaid, a date for an anniversary, a logo for a team. The rest goes out plain, for people who simply want a very good cup.

Care & FAQ

Keeping it in good shape.

How should I wash it?: Hand wash in warm soapy water and leave it upside down to dry. Dishwasher heat dulls the powder coat and shortens the life of the vacuum seal, so we would skip it — engraved tumblers especially.
Is the lid dishwasher safe?: The lid is fine on the top rack. Slide it fully open first so water reaches inside the channel, which is where residue collects.
Microwave or freezer?: Neither. Steel does not belong in a microwave, and freezing can damage the vacuum layer that does all the work.
Will it fit my cup holder?: The base is 2.75 in and it stands 8.25 in tall, which fits most standard car cup holders. Deep-set holders in some trucks and SUVs are the usual exception.

Does it come with a straw?: It ships with the clear slider lid and a reusable steel straw. Check your listing for exact contents — bundles vary a little between shops.
How long does engraving take?: Engraved orders are made after you order, so they take longer than a plain one. Your Etsy order page shows the current production and shipping window.
Why is there no logo on my tumbler?: Engraved tumblers carry your design and nothing else — the Sublify name stays on the box. That is deliberate, so a gift looks like a gift rather than an advertisement.
Something arrived wrong.: Message us through the shop you ordered from, or email us directly. Send a photo if anything is damaged and we will arrange a replacement.
